Heat is Power Association Celebrates Enactment of Inflation Reduction Act
The Heat is Power Association (HiP) applauds President Biden for signing the Inflation Reduction Act into law. The new law takes major steps towards addressing climate change and inflation. It will significantly reduce carbon emissions over a decade and create a resurgence of domestic manufacturing and good paying jobs.
“This sweeping legislation is transformational to clean energy and the incentives contained within will bring down the cost of advanced clean energy technologies. and spur greater industrial decarbonization,” said HiP Executive Director Petra Smeltzer.

Exergy is a leading international ORC manufacturer featuring a pioneering Radial Outflow Turbine technology. Based in Milan, it is part of the Chinese TICA Group and encompasses 470 MWe capacity in its portfolio.
